"Beet Romance" is a short fictional story by Daniel Schneider about bohemianism, love, and root vegetables. The text was typeset by hand in Drew and imprinted on white Somerset Book paper using a Vandercook 219 Old Style proofing press. Illustrations are original linocuts by the author. The acccordion-style book block is case bound with Bugra cover and end papers.
